YogaTribex is a marketplace that connects people with independent yoga schools and teachers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password when you register as a student, teacher, author or school.
• Enquiries and quiz answers — what you send a school through an enquiry form, and your answers when you use the Course Finder, including the contact details you choose to leave.
• Content you publish — reviews you write after a course, articles and photos you submit as an author, and profile information you provide as a teacher or school.
• Support conversations — the tickets you raise, including any screenshots you attach.
• Technical basics — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.

What we use it for

• Running your account and showing you your own bookings, courses or writing.
• Passing your enquiry to the school you chose — and only that school.
• Publishing content you have chosen to publish, such as reviews and articles, under your name.
• Answering your support requests.
• Sending transactional messages about your account or booking. We do not send marketing through these channels.

Who sees your information

Schools on this platform are independent businesses. When you enquire with a school, book a course, or review one, the information involved is shared with that school so they can respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your enquiry to schools you did not contact. Support ticket attachments are private between you and our support team.

Payments

Payments are processed by each school's own payment provider (such as Razorpay, PayU or Stripe). Your card details go to that provider, not to us; we store the record of the transaction, not your card.

Your choices

• You can edit or remove content you have published; a review you withdraw comes off the site.
• Teachers and authors can hide their public profiles at any time without losing their standing.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your account information through the support page.

Keeping it safe

Access to your information inside the platform is limited by role — school staff see only their school, and private files are never reachable by public link. We keep information only as long as the feature it serves needs it.
