FAQs of 100-Hour Teacher Training

What is the significance of 100 hour Yoga TTC?

The 100-hour Yoga TTC is for someone who would like to explore the world of Yoga but doesn't have 21 days for a longer course. This will give a fine touch of what Yoga is all about, right from the basics.

Do I need previous yoga experience to join?

No! The 100-hour course is beginner-friendly. A basic level of fitness and a willingness to learn is all you need.

What should I pack for the training?

Comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable water bottle, toiletries, a notebook, a light shawl or jacket, and an open mind! We provide yoga mats, but you can bring your own if preferred.

What is the difference between a 100 and 200 hours course?

The topics covered in both courses are the same, however, in 100 hours you are only attending the first part of the course. As such you will not be eligible to teach yet.
