Ashutosh Mishra

Ashutosh Mishra is a Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga teacher at Bali Yoga Retreats, with over eight years of teaching experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Yogic Science from the University of Patanjali and a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. After completing his studies, he began his journey through karma yoga at an ashram, helping students from India and abroad adapt to ashram life. He later progressed to teaching therapeutic yoga and yoga teacher training programs. His teaching emphasizes careful sequencing, proper alignment, and adapting practices to each student's individual needs.
