The course takes you deeper into advanced Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices, along with Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra and Bandha. You will also study Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Alignment and Adjustment. The program includes teaching methodology and practical teaching practice to help you develop greater confidence as a yoga teacher. On completion, students receive a 300-hour certificate, which can support the RYT-500 pathway when combined with a 200-hour certificate.
