Accommodation
You may focus more on the 200-hour YTTC since we take care of your accommodation. We provide private, double-sharing rooms, and dorms to our students. They can choose any of these rooms based on their budget and availability of the rooms. Please note that a private room will incur an additional fee of $250.
Vinyasa Yoga Academy only provides housing to students who actually sign up for the yoga teacher training courses. Friends and family members cannot be considered for housing, but they have the option to rent another room on campus.
All our rooms are filled with basic necessities like clean blankets, bedsheets, pillows, private bathrooms, etc. You can use some of our additional services to make your stay more pleasant.

Satvic Food
We serve sattvic food three times a day which works as an energy booster for your mind and body. The fact that food provides the body with energy and is therefore an essential component is well known. The food we consume has an effect on our mental and physical well-being. From a yogic perspective, nutrition is about so much more than just the amount of nutrients a meal contains.
When planning our food, we keep in mind the energetic component of nutrition, as a serious yoga practice requires the body's proper nutritional enhancement. Our cuisine is based on Sattvic food and a yogic lifestyle. These meals don't include any animal products and are made without harming any animals.
You will taste vegetarian Indian meals during your stay at the yoga school. Our food is filled with positive vibrations that help you calm your mind and body.
