Pure Soul Yoga School
About the Course
At Pure Soul Yoga School, we are committed to offering an authentic, transformative, and supportive yoga learning experience.
Curious about yoga teacher training, but not ready to commit a whole month? This is the course made for you.
A 100-hour yoga teacher training is a 12-day foundation course — the first half of the classic 200-hour teacher training. You learn the introductory practices of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting and yoga philosophy, guided step by step by experienced teachers on the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh.
And here is what makes our 100-hour special: it is a real pathway, not a dead end. Complete these 12 days with us, and you can return in a later batch to finish the remaining hours and earn your full 200-hour certificate — splitting the journey into two comfortable parts that fit your life, your leave days and your budget.
Whether you come to deepen your personal practice, test the waters before the full teacher training, or simply spend twelve unforgettable days living yoga where it was born — you will leave with a strong foundation, a certificate of completion, and a clear path forward.

Honestly — not yet. The 100-hour is a preparatory course; the 200-hour is the international standard for teaching, per Yoga Alliance. What the 100-hour gives you is a certified foundation and a head start: complete the remaining hours with us later and earn your full 200-hour certificate.
Yes — that's exactly what our 100-hour pathway is for. Complete these 12 days now, return for a later batch to finish the remaining hours, pass the final assessment, and you receive the full 200-hour certificate, making you eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance. Write to us and we'll plan your return together.
The 100-hour covers the first half of the teacher training journey — foundational practice, philosophy and technique — over 12 days. The 200-hour is the complete 23-day certification course that qualifies you to teach professionally and register with Yoga Alliance. If you have the time, start with the 200-hour; if not, the 100-hour is the perfect first half.
