Yoga was introduced by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization over 5,000 years ago. The sanctified text Rig Veda first mentioned Yoga. According to the Goraksha Samhita, Yoga is a complex process — there are 84 Asanas or postures, with 8,400,000 variations of those asanas. For your convenience, Pure Soul Yoga School has broken Yoga down into simpler forms.

Yoga training centres are spread all over the world, but nothing is more honourable than learning Yoga in the Yoga Capital of the World — Rishikesh. Travel to Rishikesh and get the opportunity to experience an immersive, affordable yoga teacher training that deepens your mind, body and soul.

Our home campus is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, along the holy river Ganges, next to Laxman Jhula — and the same authentic training is offered at our destinations in Bali, Goa, Kerala and Nepal, so you can choose the setting that speaks to your soul.
