Enquiries from your own website and forms

Lead Sources brings the forms you already use into YogaTribex. Every submission becomes an enquiry in New Enquiry, with everything the form sent kept on it.

ForSchool owner

Three kinds of source

Open Setup › Lead Sources. With nothing connected yet, the page asks Where are your leads coming from? Otherwise, click Connect a lead source.

ChooseWhenWhat you get
Connect your website formYou have a form on your website and want it unchangedOne script tag to paste, or code for your web developer
Build a shareable formYou have no website form, or want a link for Instagram, WhatsApp or flyersA ready-made form with a link, a QR code and an embed
Paid ads leadsYou run lead ads on Meta, Google or LinkedInAn address for Zapier to send each new ad lead to

You can use all three, and as many sources as you need. In New Enquiry, each enquiry shows its source's name under the course.

By default, Lead Sources is for owners and the Config Manager role. It needs the Sales pipeline feature in your school's plan.

Connect your website form

  1. Step 1: Choose the website option

On Connect your website form, click Connect.

  2. Step 2: Pick how your form works

Choose Paste one script tag on my site, marked EASIEST, and click Continue →.

  3. Step 3: Name the source

Fill in Source name, such as "Main contact form". Under Advanced options, Allowed website domains limits it to your own site.

  4. Step 4: Get the script tag

Click Save & get my script tag. The source's page shows it under How to paste your script tag.

  5. Step 5: Paste it on your website

Paste the tag once on your site, before the closing body tag. Replace #your-form-id with your form's own id or class.

  6. Step 6: Test it

Click Send a test lead to see an enquiry arrive. Then fill in your own website form once, to check the tag is working.

If a script tag does not suit your site, open Other ways to connect on the source's page. It covers your form builder's webhook, a plain HTML form and JavaScript.

A web developer can choose Paste code in my form's backend handler instead. After Save & get my code, the source's page holds ready-made code and Send setup instructions to developer.

Build a shareable form

  1. Step 1: Start building

On Build a shareable form, click Start building.

  2. Step 2: Give it a purpose

Fill in Form name, pick a Purpose such as Contact page or Campaign, and click Next: Fields →.

  3. Step 3: Choose the fields

Five fields are ready: Full Name, Email Address, Phone / WhatsApp, Country and Your Message. Add more with Add field, reorder with the arrows, and tick Required where needed.

    • Our courses dropdown lists your courses and files the enquiry under the one chosen
    • Custom dropdown takes your own options, one per line
    • Live Preview shows the form as visitors will see it
  4. Step 4: Publish it

Click Next: Publish →. Set the Success message, or a page to send visitors to, and click Publish & Get Embed Code.

  5. Step 5: Share it

The source's page gives you three ways to use the form.

    • Share this link anywhere, with Preview form to try it yourself
    • QR code for offline sharing, with Download QR code (PNG) for flyers and posters
    • Embed on your website (optional), a snippet for any page

Visitors see your school's name and logo above the form. When they send it, they see your success message and get your thank-you message.

Keep an email or a phone field: a form needs one of the two before it can be published.

Bring in lead ads

Lead ads on Meta, Google and LinkedIn reach YogaTribex through Zapier. You need your own Zapier account.

  1. Step 1: Choose the platform

On Paid ads leads, click Set up. Under Which ad platform?, pick Meta (FB + IG), Google Ads, LinkedIn or Other / Custom.

  2. Step 2: Create the source

Fill in Source name, such as your campaign's name, and click Create source & get URL.

  3. Step 3: Set up the Zap

Copy Your Zapier webhook URL, then follow Zapier setup — step by step on the same page.

    • The trigger is a new lead from your ad platform
    • The action is Webhooks by Zapier, set to POST with your URL
  4. Step 4: Check it

Click Simulate ad lead. It sends a lead in your ad platform's own field names, so you can watch one arrive.

Each ad lead arrives in New Enquiry under your source's name, and the student gets your thank-you message.

Test, check and manage a source

Every source can be tested, checked and paused from Lead Sources.

  • Test on the list, or Send a test lead on a source's page, makes a real enquiry in your own name. It arrives like any other.
  • What your form is sending lists your form's fields once it has sent something. Correct any field's Becomes choice, then click Confirm.
  • Fields left as Keep as extra detail are not lost. They appear on the enquiry under From the form.
  • Not landing under a source's status means something reached it but did not become an enquiry.
  • Click a source's All leads number to see every enquiry it brought in.

To stop a source for a while, click Pause. Submissions are refused while it is paused, but its address stays the same, so your website needs no change.

Switch it back on with Activate on the list, or Make live on the source's page.

On a website or ads source, Rotate address gives it a new address and stops the old one. Remove stops the address for good; the enquiries it brought in stay.
