Who receives student payments, and does YogaTribex take a commission?
Your school receives them, and there is no commission. Students pay into your own Razorpay, PayU or Stripe account, or straight to your bank or UPI, and YogaTribex never holds the money. See Payment methods.
Is listing on YogaTribex free?
Yes. Listing your school and its courses is free, and your mini-website comes with every plan. Your plan decides which extra tools your team gets, such as the enquiry screens; see Joining YogaTribex.
When does our mini-website go live?
Once your profile is complete and two of your courses are approved and listed, the YogaTribex team publishes it. Approving your school does not publish it. Until then, the Your website card on your Dashboard shows what is missing; see Your mini-website.
How do enquiries reach us?
Most arrive by themselves in Enquiry Management › New Enquiry, from your mini-website, your own website forms and WhatsApp. Leads from YogaTribex wait in Leads › New Leads, and an enquiry your team adds goes straight to whoever added it. Where enquiries come from covers every source, email and phone calls included.
How do YogaTribex leads reach us?
When a student asks YogaTribex for help, the YogaTribex team checks the request and offers it to schools in the country they want. It appears under Leads › New Leads, and the first schools to click Claim, usually two, get the student's email and phone. Claiming costs nothing; see Lead pool.
Are enquiries assigned automatically?
No. A new enquiry waits in New Enquiry until a salesperson claims it, or the owner assigns it to a colleague. An enquiry someone adds by hand is theirs from the start; see Assigning enquiries.
How many enquiries can a salesperson claim?
A colleague with the Sales role can claim five a day from New Enquiry, counted by your school's own clock. The owner has no limit, and leads claimed from YogaTribex do not count. See Assigning enquiries.
What if two people claim the same enquiry?
Only one of them gets it: whoever clicks first. The other is told that someone else is already working it, and Who has it on New Enquiry shows who holds it. See Assigning enquiries.
Can staff see each other's enquiries, and who can reply?
Yes, they can read them: your team shares one Inbox, and the All tab on New Enquiry lists every enquiry. Only the colleague holding an enquiry, or whoever assigns enquiries (the owner, by default), can write to that student. See Inbox replies.
Can we limit what a colleague can see?
Yes. Each colleague's role decides what they see, and the owner can change a whole role on Role Permissions, or one person on Individual Overrides. Changes apply at your school only; see Team & permissions.
Can we use our own WhatsApp number?
Yes, and only your own. You connect your WhatsApp Business number on Setup › WhatsApp, and nothing is ever sent from a YogaTribex number. Your plan needs WhatsApp; see WhatsApp.
Can we answer Facebook and Instagram messages here?
Do phone calls become enquiries?
With the CallPulse app on a staff Android phone, a call with a number already on an enquiry is logged on it by itself. A call from a new number shows in Call Logs, and you add the caller with Add enquiry. Doing that from the phone is planned; see Phone calls.
Do students need an account?
No: they can enquire on your pages, and pay from the link you send, without signing in. YogaTribex makes their account when they enquire through your mini-website or YogaTribex, or when you enrol them. They sign in to their student portal to read your messages and, once enrolled, see their booking.
Can we take payments in two currencies?
Yes. On Setup › Currency Setup, choose a Primary currency for students from your own country and a Secondary currency for everyone else. You then price each course in both, and Payment methods shows which gateway takes which currency.
Who confirms a bank transfer or UPI payment?
Your school does. When a student says they have paid by bank transfer or UPI, the payment waits until the owner or an Accountant marks it received. Salespeople can ask for a payment but cannot confirm one; see Payments.
Can we remove a bad review?
No. Only students who completed a course can review it, and a school cannot edit or take down a review. With Review replies in your plan, you can reply to it or report it to the YogaTribex team; see Certificates & reviews.
Which features depend on our plan?
Courses, enrolments, payments, certificates, your team and complaints come with every plan. Seven features depend on it: Sales pipeline, Message templates, WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram, Reports, Airport pickups and Review replies. Who uses YogaTribex shows what each one adds to your menu.
