Enquiries from your mini-website

Every form on your mini-website sends the enquiry straight to your school. It arrives in New Enquiry, with a chat in your Inbox, ready for someone on your team to claim.

The three forms

Your mini-website, at yogatribex.com/s/your-school, carries three enquiry forms. A student needs no account to send one.

What students fill in

The course page and the Contact page share one form. Only Your name and Email are required.

  • Phone (optional), with the line "If you add it, we may reply on WhatsApp about your enquiry."
  • Course, already set to the page's course. On the Contact page it is Course (optional) and starts on No particular course.
  • How long? (optional), only for a course that runs at more than one length.
  • Fee option (optional), only when the chosen course has prices.
  • Preferred joining month (optional), from the next twelve months, on course pages only.
  • Message (optional).

On a course page, tapping a room fills in the fee option, and tapping a date fills in the month.

The Enrol page asks the same things in its own words:

  • Your name and Email address
  • Phone or WhatsApp
  • Which course, and How long? for a course with several lengths
  • Preferred joining month, and Room preference if you price rooms
  • Anything else

What the student sees

On a course page or the Contact page, the form turns into a green card marked Enquiry sent. It reads "Thanks — your enquiry is with" and your school's name.

Under it are their choices, such as the course and month, and the email they sent from. A mistyped address can be spotted there.

On the Enrol page, the student sees "Your application is with" and your school's name, and a Back to the school button.

The student also gets your thank-you message, the Enquiry acknowledgement template, unless you have switched it off. If their email is new to YogaTribex, they also get a YogaTribex account by email, where your chat replies appear under Messages.

What your school gets

The enquiry reaches your school as soon as the student sends it.

  • An enquiry in Enquiry Management › New Enquiry, on the New tab. Its source is Mini website, its status New, and nobody holds it yet.
  • A conversation in your Inbox, opening with "New enquiry from" their name and what they chose.
  • A bell alert, such as Priya enquired, for everyone who can see enquiries. Open the conversation opens the chat.
  • One more on the count beside New Enquiry in the menu, until someone claims it.

Read the form and claim it

  1. Step 1: Open New Enquiry

Open Enquiry Management › New Enquiry. The page is headed New Enquiries, with a pill showing how many are unclaimed.

  2. Step 2: Find the enquiry

Each row shows who wrote, the course with Mini website under it, and when it was Received.

  3. Step 3: Read what they sent

Click the file icon, View form data, or Form data on a card. It shows everything the form sent, before you decide.

    • Contact: their email, phone and country
    • What they asked for: course, length, joining month and room
    • Message: their own words
  4. Step 4: Claim it

Click Claim, then Yes, claim it. The enquiry moves to your My Enquiries, and colleagues see that you have it.

  5. Step 5: Reply in the Inbox

Answer the student in the Inbox. Only the person who holds an enquiry, or whoever assigns enquiries, can reply.

Sales staff can claim five enquiries a day. Claiming, the daily limit and handing enquiries on are in Assigning enquiries.
