Courses, dates & rooms
A course holds everything a student compares: what it is, what each room costs, how long it runs and when. You create it as a draft, and the YogaTribex team reviews it before it is listed.

Before you start
Set your two currencies first, on Setup › Currency Setup. Course prices are typed in those currencies, and saved prices are never converted.
Write your accommodation, daily schedule, refund policy and inclusion sets first too, because the course form picks them from lists. See Setting up your school.
Adding and editing courses needs Courses, Batches & Locations at FULL. By default that is the Owner, Operations Manager and Config Manager.
Add a course
Open Courses and click Add a course. Everything is on one page, in these parts.
Step 1: Describe the course
In Course details, fill in Name and Category, which are required. Add a Summary for marketplace cards and a Description for the course page.
- Advance: the part of the fee asked up front, as a Percentage or a Fixed amount.
Step 2: Pick the shared records
Choose its Accommodation, Daily schedule and Refund policy, and an Inclusion set. Each one is optional.
Step 3: Add photos
Under Photos, click Add photos. The first one is the Cover that marketplace cards lead with, and Make cover changes it.
- JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB each.
- Up to 12 photos.
Step 4: Set prices, lengths and dates
In Durations, prices and dates, set the number of days, add room types with their fees, and add dates. The sections below explain each part.
Step 5: Answer common questions
Under Course FAQs, click Add a question, then fill in The question and The answer. Without questions, the course page has no FAQ section.
Step 6: Create the draft
Click Create as draft. The course's own page opens, ready to check and submit.
Prices per room and tier
Each room type on a course has a card with two lines, International and Domestic. Each line has a Price, a Discount as a percentage, and the price After discount.
- International is in your secondary currency, for students from abroad.
- Domestic is in your primary currency, for students from your own country.
- Click + Add a room type, or + Add another room type, and pick a room to price, such as a Twin Shared Room. To remove a room, click the bin on its card, then Remove room.
- If you set an exchange rate, the domestic price fills in as you type the international one. You can change it.
On the public course page, the two lines are headed For students from abroad and, for a school in India, For students from India.
Course lengths
One course can run at several lengths, such as 15 and 25 days. Each length has its own fees and its own dates.
Step 1: Set the first length
Under Course durations, type the Days and click Set days.
Step 2: Add another length
Click Add a duration, answer How many days? and click Add. Click a length's card to work on its fees and dates.
Step 3: Change or remove a length
Use Change days or Remove duration. A course always keeps at least one length.
Dates and seats
Each set of dates, also called a batch, belongs to one course length and has a number of seats.
Step 1: Add dates on the course
Under the length's dates, click Add dates. Choose Every month for repeating start days, or One set of dates. Set Seats each, check the dates listed, and confirm with the button that says how many sets it will add.
Step 2: Or add them from Batches
Open Academy › Batches and click Add dates. Choose the Course, its Length if it has several, and a Campus if you have more than one. Fill in Starts, Ends and Seats, then click Add dates.
Seats are counted as students enrol. When they are all taken, those dates stop accepting enrolments. Batches shows them as, for example, Full — 20 of 20, and the public course page says Fully booked.
To take dates off your course page, click Archive on Batches, then Archive the dates. Students already enrolled keep their places.
Get it listed, or take it down
A new course is a draft that only your team sees. The YogaTribex team reviews every course before it is listed.
Step 1: Submit it
On the course page, under Marketplace listing, click Submit for review.
Step 2: Wait for the review
The course shows Awaiting review. Once approved, it goes on the marketplace with nothing more for you to do.
Step 3: Fix it if it comes back
If the team sends it back, the course page shows Changes requested: with their reason. Make the changes, then submit it again.
Visitors can see an approved course once your mini-website is published. See how it goes live.
To pause a course for a season, click Take it down. Show on the marketplace puts it back without another review.
