Schools
Your mini-website
Every school gets its own website at yogatribex.com/s/your-school, built from what you enter in the app. You choose its look, and it goes live once it is complete and the YogaTribex team publishes it.

What it is
Your mini-website lives at yogatribex.com/s/ followed by the web address you chose when you applied. That address is permanent.
There is nothing to build. Each page fills itself from your profile, courses, teachers and records, and changes when you change them.
Open YogaTribex › Mini website to see your address under Your address. Once the site is live, Open it opens it in a new tab.
Its pages
Every page shares one header, with your school's name, these tabs and an Enquire now button.
| Tab | What it shows | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Your name and pictures, an About block, your courses and dates, and your teachers. | Mini website, About page, Courses and Teachers |
| About | Your story, pictures, mission and vision, and your figures. | YogaTribex › About page |
| Courses | Every listed course. Each has a page with dates, fees by room, the day's schedule, inclusions, stay, reviews and questions. | Courses, and the records each course picks |
| Teachers | Your teachers' profiles. | YogaTribex › Teachers |
| Accommodation | Where students stay. | YogaTribex › Accommodation |
| Gallery | Your photographs, in sections. | YogaTribex › Gallery |
| Reviews | Reviews from your students, and your replies. | Written by students in their portal after the course |
| FAQ | Your school-wide questions, grouped by subject. | YogaTribex › FAQ |
| Payment | Your bank and UPI details, and your payment guidelines. | Setup › Payment settings |
| Contact | Phone, email, address and map, your links, and an enquiry form. | Account menu › School profile |
Teachers, Accommodation, FAQ and Payment appear only when they have something to show. Reviews are covered in Certificates & reviews.
Design it
Step 1: Set the top of your home page
Open YogaTribex › Mini website and find The top of your home page. Add a picture Beside your name and pick its Shape. Then add a picture Behind it (background) and write The line under your name.
- With no picture beside your name, your first gallery photograph is used.
- How dark the overlay is keeps your name readable over the background.
Step 2: Choose your colours
Under Colour, set Primary, your dark colour, and Secondary, your accent. Or click a pair under Or start from one of these. The preview changes as you go; click Save changes to keep it.
Step 3: Write the About page
Open YogaTribex › About page. Add up to four pictures, the block shown On the home page, and your text in About your school. Click Save, then Yes, save changes.
- About your school needs at least 200 characters.
- Mission and vision and The figures are optional.
- Tick Show my teachers on the About page to add your teachers there too.
Step 4: Fill the gallery
Open YogaTribex › Gallery. Next to Add to, pick a section such as Accommodation or Food, then choose your photos. Click Save changes, then Save them.
Step 5: Answer common questions
Open YogaTribex › FAQ and pick a heading. Click Add a question and fill in Question and Answer. Click Save FAQ, and Save FAQ again to confirm. Questions about one course belong on that course.
How it goes live
Your address works only once the site is published. Until then, the Dashboard card Your website shows what is still missing.
- City, Country, Address, Founded, and the contact Email and Phone, on School profile.
- Two courses, approved and listed on the marketplace.
About your school, an Accommodation record, a logo and gallery photographs are recommended, but they do not hold the site back. Add them before or after the site goes live.
Profile complete
The six details above.
Two courses listed
Approved after review.
Ready to go live
The YogaTribex team reviews the site.
Published
Open it appears on Mini website.
When everything is done, the card says Ready to go live — our team is reviewing it now. The YogaTribex team then publishes the site, and your listed courses become visible to the public.
Enquiries from your site
The Enquire now button, the Contact page and every course page carry an enquiry form. What a visitor sends goes straight to your school.
Read Enquiries from your mini-website for what happens next.
