Students
Student portal
Every enrolled student gets their own portal on app.yogatribex.com. It shows their booking, payments and preparation, and it is where they ask you for changes, review the course and collect their certificate.

How a student gets in
Enrolling opens the student's account and emails them "Your student portal sign-in". It holds their email, a temporary password and a Sign in to your portal button.
Step 1: Open the email
Click Sign in to your portal.
Step 2: Sign in
On Welcome back, enter the email and the temporary password, then click Sign in.
Step 3: Choose a password
On Choose a password, enter the Temporary password, then a New password and New password again. Click Save password.
- At least 8 characters, with letters and numbers.
Step 4: Start on Home
The portal opens on Home.
A student who already has a YogaTribex account keeps their own password, and is emailed "Your enrolment is in your student portal" instead. Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a reset link.
If the email goes missing, click Send login details on their card under Enrolled Students or Students. A password the student chose is never replaced.
What is in the portal
The menu runs in this order. The last column says what reaches your workspace when the student uses each part.
| Menu | What the student does | What your school sees |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Sees their course and dates, tiles such as Days to go, Paid and Due on arrival, and What’s next. | The same booking on the student's page. |
| Messages | Chats with your school. | The chat in your Inbox, on their YogaTribex tab. |
| Courses | Opens each booking: dates, room, What your fee covers, What to bring, and Chat with school. | A chat started there arrives in your Inbox. |
| Sessions | Sees classes they booked with independent online teachers. | Nothing: these are not your courses. |
| Preparation | Follows the pre-arrival plan. | Nothing to do: the steps send themselves. |
| Payments | Pays what you asked for with Pay now, and downloads receipts. | Each payment under Finance › Payments and on the student's page. |
| Arrival | Shares their flight and asks for an airport pickup. | The flight on the student's page, and the pickup under Operations › Airport pickups. |
| Requests | Asks to move dates, cancel, or something else. | The request under Operations › Requests. |
| Review | Reviews the course once it is completed. | The review under Operations › Reviews. |
| Certificate | Downloads their certificate and shares its check link. | The certificate in your register under Setup › Certificates. |
| Help & Support | Writes to the YogaTribex support team. | Nothing: it goes to YogaTribex. |
Under Home, the balance shows as Due on arrival, payable when they arrive. The only payments a student can make here are the ones you asked for.
The pre-arrival plan
If you chose a batch when enrolling, the student gets a plan of messages counted back from the start date. Preparation shows each step as Delivered or the date it unlocks.
| Step | When it is sent |
|---|---|
| Welcome | When they are enrolled |
| Your visa | 30 days before the course starts |
| Booking your travel | 14 days before |
| What to bring | 7 days before |
| Getting picked up | 2 days before |
Students cannot tick steps off, because each one arrives on its own. Apart from Welcome, the steps are WhatsApp messages, so they need your WhatsApp connected.
A step whose day had passed before they enrolled shows Not sent — ask the school if you need this. A student enrolled with Decide later has no plan.
Arrival and airport pickup
Step 1: The student shares their flight
Under Arrival, in Your flight, they enter the Arrival airport, Flight number, Lands at and Visa type (optional). Then they click Share details.
Step 2: The student asks to be met
Under Airport pickup, they click Request a pickup, add Bags and Anything the driver should know, then click Request pickup.
Step 3: You send a driver
Open Operations › Airport pickups. Add your drivers once under Drivers, then click Send a driver, choose Who is going? and Where should they meet?, and click Send them.
Step 4: You finish it
The student sees Your driver, with the driver's name, phone number and where to meet. After the pickup, click Mark done, or Call it off with a reason.
Their flight also shows on the student's page under Enrolment details. Pickups waiting for a driver show on your dashboard as Pickups to arrange.
Requests to change a booking
Step 1: The student asks
Under Requests, they click Ask for something and choose Move to different dates, Cancel my booking or Something else.
- Which dates? lists only this course's dates with places left.
- Why? needs at least ten characters.
- They click Send to the school, and can have one request waiting at a time.
Step 2: You agree
Open Operations › Requests, titled Student requests. Click Move their booking, Cancel their booking or Agree, add a note if you like, and click it again.
Step 3: Or you decline
Click Decline, explain under Why not? in at least ten characters, and click Decline again.
Step 4: The student hears back
Agreeing makes the change itself: the booking moves to the new dates, or is cancelled. The student is emailed the outcome, and your words show under The school replied.
Waiting requests also show on your dashboard as Change requests. With the default roles, the owner and salespeople decide them.
Review and certificate
Once you mark the student completed, Review lets them review the course, and Certificate shows the certificate you issue. They download the certificate after writing their review.
See Certificates & reviews for both sides of each.
