Joining YogaTribex
A school joins YogaTribex by sending an application from the app. The YogaTribex team reviews every application, and approval opens your school's own workspace.

Find the sign-up
Every school applies at app.yogatribex.com/register. You can reach it from yogatribex.com in three ways.
- In the site header, click Get Started. On Join YogaTribex, choose School, then click Continue.
- Open About Us › Become a Partner. On the Become Our Partner page, click Signup As Partner or List With Us For Free.
- On the home page, find Run your own yoga school? and click Register your school.
Send the application
The application has five steps, and the form shows which one you are on. Nothing is sent until the fourth step.
Step 1: Name the school
On The school, type the School name. Under Your address on the marketplace, check the suggested web address, click Check availability, then click Continue once it says the address is free.
- The address becomes yogatribex.com/s/your-address.
- It takes 6 to 40 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
- It is permanent and cannot be changed later.
Step 2: Say where you are
On Where you are, type your Street or area and click Set marker, then drag the pin onto the exact spot. Only Country is required on this step.
- Country
- State or region
- City
- Postal code / ZIP code
Step 3: Add your details
On You, fill in First name and, if you like, Phone (optional). Type a password in Choose a password and again in Verify password, then click Continue.
- At least 8 characters, with letters and numbers.
- It is checked against known breached passwords when the application is sent.
Step 4: Confirm your email
On Confirm your email, type your Email and click Send OTP. This sends the application and emails you a six-digit code. Type it in Verify OTP and click Verify and finish.
- The code expires ten minutes after it is sent.
- Nothing arrived? Click Send another. The earlier code then stops working.
- The email's Enter your code button reopens this step if you closed the tab.
- To use a different address, click Back before you verify.
Step 5: Choose your plan
On Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Yearly and, where more than one is offered, a currency. Each card lists what the plan Includes. Choose a card, or click Not sure yet? Decide later.
The last screen says Application received and offers Back to sign in.
Pay now, start a trial, or decide later
The free card's button is Start on Free. A paid card's button carries the plan's name, such as Choose Growth, and opens a box headed Pay for Growth.
- To pay now, pick how to pay and click the button that starts with Pay and shows the amount. You pay on the provider's own page, never on ours.
- To try the plan first, click the trial link at the foot of the box, when the plan has a trial. It names the trial's length, and you pay later from Pricing.
One payment covers one month or one year, starting the day your school is approved. Nothing renews by itself.

While the team reviews it
The YogaTribex team reviews every application by hand before a school is opened. When they decide, you get an email.
Your account already works. Sign in at app.yogatribex.com with your email and password to follow the application.
- Your application is being read shows three stages: Application sent, Email confirmed and Being reviewed.
- Below them, a card repeats your school's name, its web address and your contact details.
- If the team cannot approve it, the page says We could not approve this one and shows their reason.
Nothing else opens until the school is approved. Sign out is at the foot of the card.
What approval does
Approval opens your school's workspace in one step.
- Your school is created with the name and web address you applied with.
- You become its Owner, with full access.
- It opens on the plan shown in the table above.
- It gets a starting set of message templates.
- You are emailed that the school is approved, with a Sign in button.
Sign in for the first time
Step 1: Sign in
On Welcome back, enter your Email address and Password, then click Sign in. If you work at more than one school, pick it on Choose a workspace.
Step 2: Answer the demo question
A box headed Do you want a demo? appears. Click Yes, I want a demo and the YogaTribex team contacts you to arrange a walkthrough, or click Not now.
Step 3: Read the website card
The Dashboard shows Your website, with two steps to finish: Complete school profile and Publish 2 courses.
